Once your booking is confirmed, we will create a WhatsApp group where you can communicate directly with your photographer, finalise the details of your photoshoot, and ask any questions you may have.If you need assistance before confirming your booking, our Team is also available to help at any time.

How many people can book a shoot together?

Group Size & Session DurationTo ensure we can capture high-quality images and give adequate attention to everyone in your group, we allocate session durations based on group size.Recommended group limits:60 minutes: up to 8 people90 minutes: up to 12 people2 hours: 15 +
These limits help ensure a relaxed and well-paced photoshoot experience for all participants.Additional guestsIf more participants attend your session than originally stated in your booking, and the group exceeds the allocated package limit, an additional fee of $50 per extra person will apply.Please note that the original session duration and delivered photo quantity will remain as per your booked package.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

Don’t worry — photoshoots can often still take place in light rain or even snow, and these conditions can create beautiful and unique images.Photoshoots are available year-round, in most weather conditions. However, the photographer may adjust the location or approach of the session at their discretion to ensure the best possible results.Adverse weather at destinationIf weather conditions significantly affect the safety or quality of the session, we will work with you to either reschedule your shoot or suggest an alternative location.If rescheduling or alternatives are not suitable, our standard cancellation policy will apply. In cases where the photographer is unable to reschedule and the weather makes the session unworkable, a refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees and any travel or transportation costs already incurred.Travel disruptionsWeather-related disruptions preventing you from reaching the location are not covered under this policy and are subject to the standard cancellation terms. We strongly recommend that clients consider travel insurance for added protection.

In case I want to extend the service while I am with the photographer how can I do?

Accepted Answer

If you would like to extend your shoot, simply ask your photographer on the day and they will confirm if they are available.If an extension is possible, you may continue your session until you are fully satisfied. Additional time will be invoiced afterwards and must be paid online — photographers are not able to accept cash payments.The rate for extra time is $150 per additional 30 minutes.
